Orders

Congratulations on your ModSet Jewelry purchase! You will receive an email notification once you have completed checkout. Your order number will be attached. If you need to change your order or address, please email us immediately at sales@modsetjewelry.com, with your order number and name, so that we may further assist you. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for us to hand-make your products. Personalized orders take longer than non-personalized orders.

Shipping

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to follow your tracking number for updates on your jewelry's journey!

DOMESTIC: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Free shipping is included with all domestic orders. We use USPS services to provide you with reliable ground shipping. Packages are estimated to arrive between 5-8 business days. 
Please Note: All packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation. It is a good idea to choose an address where you can easily sign for your package.

INTERNATIONAL: We use DHL for international orders. Shipping times vary depending on your country. Please note that you may be responsible for duties and taxes. We do not have control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, since they vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Returns

In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us at sales@modsetjewelry.com within 14 days of delivery and we will provide instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it arrived damaged, defective, or it was sent in error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new condition. We do not accept returns on personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as an item not in its original condition, being damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund, if applicable, will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing time will depend on your method of payment and your bank’s policies.

Personalized Jewelry

Personalized items are final not refundable. Please double check your spelling/message before you order.
